Equal opportunities

When acceptance of flexible working time models and mobile working increases, this creates equal opportunities for women and men.
  • This is currently the case, shows a study conducted in April by the "Initiative Chefsache":

    40 percent of employees affirm that the acceptance of mobile working has increased and 30 percent see a greater willingness to deal with flexible working time models.

    And, "Among managers, acceptance of these measures has increased even more: 46 percent for mobile working and 35 percent with regard to flexible working time models."

    Will that remain the case after the pandemic? Certainly only if we actively work to ensure lasting acceptance.
