Time is not money, time is life. Now is the right time to think about the working world of tomorrow.

My favorite sentence from the editorial for the new issue "Managerseminare" by Nicole Bußmann. Now is an interim period, she continues, in which the world and its buildings of thought between "old" and "new normal" can be adjusted.

At the beginning of this time belongs for me: #Analysis and #Reflection, what we want to have back from the old normal.

How much flexibility do we need in our working world? How important are encounters to us and how do we shape them? How do we manage contact and communication in the best possible way?

How does good #leadership go at a distance? Or: Is #continuing education in the old regular mode really the non plus ultra?
