Added value through communication

In my opinion, an interesting model for this is the "Communication Value Circle" developed by Sophie Charlotte Volk and Ansgar Zerfaß.
The model describes how communication can support the target dimensions of corporate value creation:
Supporting performance creation,
building intangible value,
developing strategy, and
securing entrepreneurial flexibility.
And for all these dimensions, a large number of KPIs are provided.
